THE DETAILS
How did you meet? We actually met on Match.com
Where was your first date? Happy hour at Lucca restaurant.
Where did you get engaged? We were in Big Sky, Montana on a family trip.
What was you first impression of each other? Tracey “I thought he was funny, cute and his arms were nice!” Patrick “ The first thing I noticed where her eyes. They are incredible! And she was really funny as well as smart”.
What was the most fun detail in planning your wedding? It has to be looking at venues and also tasting the food!
How did you choose your style/theme? I knew the style that I liked from looking on Pinterest and with the help of Ramona, we were able to create the theme.
What was the most unique detail about your ceremony? Reception? I would say it was the fact that we decided to have the wedding out of town. Since most of our family is from out of state, we thought it would be fun to have them come out to the Sonoma area. I think the most unique part of the reception was the amazing dessert bar that Ramona helped plan and design.
How did you choose your wedding colors? I found a picture on pinterest and fell in love with it. We wanted something that was a little different and unique.
In one paragraph, please describe your wedding day. For all the months of planning, the entire day was amazing. Everything seemed to go very smoothly. Actually… if there were any issues Ramona definitely did not let us know. Every detail that we envisioned during this entire process, it all came together on that day. But I will tell you that it went very fast. I kept having to remind myself to soak it in. – Pat
I agree that it went by so fast but it was a magical weekend. We had all our loved ones in the same place for an entire weekend and we enjoyed every second of it. I thought I was going to be nervous on the day of but once I saw him walking down the aisle, everything else just melted away and it felt like it was just the two of us. -Tracey
If you could go back and change one thing about your wedding day, what would that be? I wish I would have had more time to visit with every guest but the time flies by. We wanted to get sunset photos (which turned out amazing) so we missed some time at dinner. We invited all of the family to the rehearsal dinner so that helped make up for some of the lost social time at the wedding.
How did you pick your first dance song? What song was it? Our first dance song was by Eric Church, You make it look so easy. That has always been our song. At some point in our relationship, I remember we were hanging out one night and he asked me to listen to this song that reminded him of our relationship and he said this is “our song babe.”
